[Busmanagers] Receipt Printer

Thanks Rachael, We have already updated to version 35.2 and that has
seemed to have caused the problem. Does Liz have any ideas about what it
could be? Thanks Joanne

I have inside goss from Liz Jordan (our lovely Cases 21 F guru!) who is
migrating us today.

 

You need to make sure you are on Version 35.2 (due out in schools this
week) which has a fix patch which will fix the priniting problem.

Hi everyone, we have just gone over to 21finance and now when I print
receipts out the lines of information are printing over each other. Has
anyone else had this problem if so how did you fix it? I use a Star
SP300 receipt printer. I was just wandering wether it was to do with 21
finance or the receipt printer. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
