[Busmanagers] Receipting fees for 2006

It has been suggested to make life easier, that you receipt the money
this year, but don't allocate it til next year.  Put on all invoices
next year as well, and it will make end of year easier, and reports
right next year.

I am after some advice as to what to do with our Materials & Services
receipts for 2006.  We have set the charges and I have some parents
wishing to pay this year.  Can people please advise what they do - 

 

1.                   ie allocate the receipts now or allocate them next
year

2.                   If allocating the receipts next year do I have the
families invoiced now or can that be done next year also.

 

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
