We have PSW 

No real problems - we had to PRESS very hard to get the stock we wanted
- they were keen to change our bag for example, as it was difficult for
them to get the bags we wanted in the correct colour - however,
persistence on our part was rewarded.

I asked my Principal what her feelings were and she said she was happy
with their performance; however, the level of satisfaction has a lot to
do with the staff who operate it.  Here we have a uniform shop and it is
open before school every Monday and after school every Friday - the
staff who come are very good and so it works well for us.

We have been approached by Primary Schoolwear to outsource our uniform
shop, the proposal is currently under discussion.

We would be interested to hear from any schools who have outsourced to
PSW  - how successful has it been, level of satisfacation etc.
