[Busmanagers] Allocations

I have two queries - firstly when processing an allocation from the
"Allocate receipts, payments & journals" task in CASES21 - I have
allocated an amount to the wrong family - can anyone help as to how to
reverse this?

 

The second query is - I had an amount of money receipted to the wrong
family (same surname), I have processed a Receipt Reversal - but how do
I allocate the money to the correct family - in "Allocate receipts,
payments & journals" the amount is still in the wrong family name.

 

Help would be appreciated - I already have one call logged with the Help
desk on another matter and there is a backlog!
