Actually it was not an advertised vacancy but a glitch in the system
allowed it to be accessible to all!! The help desk had to sort it out!!

If you received applications it means that you advertised it externally.
When you put on an unadvertised position you need to change the Job
Posting to say Internal only and then it is not advertised on ROL.

What you need to do is put on an unadvertised vacancy (although this is
no guarantee that you will not get applications as we got 61 for an
unadvertised LSL replacement!!). The user guides will give you the step
by step!

advertising can we do this just through HRMS?   The teacher does have an
on-line resume?
