Hi Raelene
Cancellations and delivering is basically the same action.. Where the
delvery appears as 1 you need to change this to zero and then in the
cancelled box needs to be 1....Hope this helps..

Subject: [Busmanagers] PRMS Orders
Good morning everyone
I have paid PRMS invoices without attaching the PRMS orders to them
because I managed to completely miss the step where the PRMS orders were
processed
I have now realised the error of my ways and have processed the orders
(because I couldn't delete them). However, I now want to get rid of the
PRMS orders because they have been paid. I have been told I needed to
"deliver" them, but I can't figure out how to do this. The guide talks
about cancelling the orders, but this doesn't seem the right way to go.
I logged a call back on 19th October with the call centre, but no-one
has returned my call to tell me how to fix the problem.
Can someone please give me some guidance as to how I go about solving
this little dilemma.
Thanks,
Raelene
