[Busmanagers] SSO Classification Review under New Agreement

Hi All,
 
Under the new Agreement it states that SSO's can have a classification
review which must be submitted, in writing, to the Principal within 6
months of certification of the Agreement.  This was also stated in an
e-mail circulated by the Union a couple of days before the cut off date
(14th October).  5 Requests were submitted here on 14th October.
 
However, I have heard from other Business Managers that any
re-classification must be entered on HMS before the 14th October.
 
I rang Staffing and was told that it was O.K. so long as the request had
been submitted before 14th October, consequently I am getting mixed
reports.
 
Can anyone tell me where it states that the re-classification must be
entered on HRMS before 14th October.
