As CASES is made Read Only at migration, this may be the cause. I know we have to re-activate the audit reports after migration so we may also have to look at this. I have asked John Waddington for clarification.

I just tried to delete old cases backups but my system is block in 957. Any other ideas. I only have 175 backups!

I have been having space problems on the Cases fileserver and I rang the call centre yesterday. After investigation the Tech guy said we had 2.7gb of cases archive backups. Even though we had not been on cases since July 04. He said every night the Cases still runs a backup worth about 10-11mb on our system which was clogging up the fileserver.
The only way to get rid of these is to actually go into Cases Admin (957) and Delete the archives. Apparently this will keep on happening every night until an upgrade coming soon where it will only happen once a week. So it is recommended that every month I go in and delete the archive backups and only keep the really important ones. Eg. Annual .
I have now deleted the Cases archives & checked the Fileserver and I now have 3.2gb free, which will make every thing work faster.
I had not been told this before so I thought I would let you know in case there is any one else out there with a similar problem
