Hi Lena

To obtain reimbursement, one of the stipulations of the Federal
Government is that a Federal Minister must be in attendance for the Flag
raising ceremony and this must be advertised to the school community.
You must provide proof of this by sending copies of you newsletter
advertising the event along with copies of the invoices.

Conditions of funding were
1.	There was no functioning flagpole in the school
2.	A plaque with the wording "This flagpole was a gift from the
Commonwealth Government (date)"
3.	Report the purchase and installation of the flagpole in the
schools newsletter or letter to parents.
4.	Invite a federal parliamentarian to attend a flag raising
ceremony
5.	Provide copy of receipts for the procurement and installation of
the flagpole and the plaque to the Commonwealth Department of Education
(up to $1,500)
