[Busmanagers] Assets

Hi everyone
 
Our school is going to be part of the June CASES21 Finance rollout.  As
part of the pre-implementation steps, we have to make sure our assets
are correctly categorised.  
 
I have a real problem trying to come up with a satisfactory way of
entering library books and even class sets, take home books etc.  What
do other schools do?
 
Also our library bought the Bookmark software package back in 1999 and
CASES thinks it is worth over $700,000.  How did other schools enter
this - did you include all the books covered by the package or just the
software?
