[Busmanagers] Staff needed in NT

Hi Everyone,

I'm posting this message on behalf of a very good friend of mine who is
a Group School Principal up in Northern Territory responsible for quite
a number of schools over a large area of NT.   Her name is Karen
Thompson, so if you know of any teachers who would like to respond and
spend some time in sunny NT, please pass this on.

 

 

I am desperately short staffed and it is a growing trend here that we
get people who can come for a term, a year or even just for the
experience after they have retired and still want something to do.  Can
you spread the word around that I am looking for classroom teachers,
teachers with experience in the hearing field (not necessarily with
qualifications but certainly an advantage), special ed. ESL etc.

They get free rent and if in a remote area they usually get free power
etc as well.  A laptop is theirs for the duration, return fares to Alice
Springs twice a year along with three nights accommodation, often the
use of a vehicle etc.  The benefits are too numerous to mention.  Have I
persuaded you yet.

Perhaps you might or Susie might or friends of friends of friends might
know of someone who may be interested.  All expenses to the NT are also
paid along with relocation allowance etc.
