Hi Jan,

 

You only need a liquor license if you are selling alcohol, if it is
contained indoors and is B.Y.O. you'll be fine.

Does anyone know if it is necessary for a school to have some form of
liquor licence to enable our local Pre School to hold a Trivia Night
with BYO alcohol in our school gym?
