[Busmanagers] Recruitment online

Hi Sharon,

After doing the first one, I feel fairly confident that I can now handle
it.  As for the Help Desk, sorry but it's a big joke, I have rung
numerous time, was told this morning it is about an 8 minute wait for
call back, and that no one was having problems with pressing the star
button too keep there place in the queue.  That was at 10.00 it is now
4.00pm and still waiting for the 8 minute call back.  But thanks to the
girls in the forum and trialling a few things I was able to resolve my
issue.

Hello Karyn,

If you use your drop down list (search tool) rather than typing it in
(remember it has to be HRMS format) it should work.  

While we are on the subject I have been in at D.E.& T. for the past
7weeks testing Recruitment online and will also be a member along with
Sharon  Markham on the HRMS Upgrade Project, I was about to ask how
people were finding Recruitment online as I hadn't seen many emails
until today, but I think I am getting the message that people are having
difficulties.  I cannot answer all the questions but am happy to help if
I can.  I would like feedback please on your thoughts on Recruitment
Online and also the support from the Help desk so that I can take them
to our next meeting on Wednesday. 

If it helps at all, it does gets easier the more you use it.

Hello,

On Tuesday I put a job online (it took 2 hrs) it accepted everything in
the end.  On Thursday I tried to put another job online but it wont
accept the recruiter.  It says the format in which I have typed the name
is incorrect but the previous day it was all ok.  The administrator is
the same name and yet it accepts that on the previous line.  If I leave
the recruiter name blank it lets me get all the way to the last page but
cannot submit without a recruiter name.  Help says only the recruiter
can edit.  Can someone help?? This is driving me crazy.
