[Busmanagers] Recruitment online

Hello,
On Tuesday I put a job online (it took 2 hrs) it accepted everything in the end.  On Thursday I tried to put another job online but it wont accept the recruiter.  It says the format in which I have typed the name is incorrect but the previous day it was all ok.  The administrator is the same name and yet it accepts that on the previous line.  If I leave the recruiter name blank it lets me get all the way to the last page but cannot submit without a recruiter name.  Help says only the recruiter can edit.  Can someone help?? This is driving me crazy.
