[Busmanagers] Addition superannuation

Hi Marion

If the super is pre tax it goes through Smart Salary, a form is
available on there website www.smartsalary.com.au
<http://www.smartsalary.com.au/> .

If it is post tax it is done via the fund they currently contribute to.
Easy if it is Vic super they also have a form. Other schemes do have
restrictions and the staff member should contact GSO.

I have had to do a similar vacancy and I started on Tuesday spending
around an hour and it was not until yesterday after several visits to
recruitment on line and the HRMS that I got the person employed. I have
heard of lots of problems incurred from schools down my way.

Hello everyone - I have a staff member (admin) who wishes to have
additional superannuation taken from her pay.  Has anyone a form for
this to be filled out, and how do I actually go about processing this.
I have no one else on staff who has extra super taken from their pay.  

 

Also, is anyone else having problems using Recruitment Online - a job
for a non advertised vacancy, which normally would take me 5 mins to put
on HRMS has taken me nearly a day and it isn't even on HRMS yet!!
