It appears as though I only have balances against my GL asset codes as
well as the bank accounts and the revenue in advance.

Hi Chris,

 

I have opening balances in many of my sub programs, and what's more they
seem to bear no relation what so ever to the closing balances at
31/12/04.  I had no outstanding orders or invoices on the system at EOY.


 

You are certainly not the only one with this problem - I assumed they
knew about it!

Hi

 

Does anyone have a figure as an opening balance in the Subprogram
account transaction report GL21115?

 

For nearly all the revenue & expenditure codes that print on the report
I have opening balances.

 

I am trying to work on this with Cases but they seem to think I am the
only one with this problem.

 

Please respond if you do have figures appearing and you know when you
did EOY that all invoices and orders were deleted before rollover.
