I am forwarding a message to you from the new Business Process Manager
for Cases 21 Finance as detailed below.

Good Afternoon to all

 

I am starting to gather some information to put together some handy
hints, suggestions or better practices to assist staff in school
offices.  

I would be grateful for any "office procedure/process" that you use in
your own school or have seen at another school and thought at the time
that it was a good idea.  Even examples of proformas that you think
would be useful to another school would be great.  These suggestions
don't necessarily have to be related to C21F.  There must be lots of
good things happening in schools and I would appreciate your assistance
no matter how great or small or whether you think it is too simple to
pass on.  Ask your colleagues if they have any good ideas.  The most
simple thing could be a "life saver" to a person in another school.  All
ideas greatly appreciated to assist our colleagues as we move forward in
our roles.
