[Busmanagers] End of Year Finance

I have just spoken to Alan Mackenzie - those of us still on CASES can go
ahead and do EOY as long as we are on 3.13.

You CASES21 have to wait for the patch

At CASES EOY training last Friday they informed us not to do payment
summaries etc until the next upgrade 3.14 was on.

Apparently they are late sending it out and we were told to start
ringing this week if we had not received it.

Alan Mackenzie was under the impression that there was nothing in it to
affect the EOY but the notes say not to do it until we have that
upgrade.
