[Busmanagers] Cases 21 & PRMS

Hi Brigid
I have found that after entering orders on PRMS it often takes at least
2 nights to get the information thru on to C21F.
The only other thing I can suggest is that you check you are looking at
the CR21130s report which is the PRMS unprocessed orders report.

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me, how the connection between Cases21 Fin and PRMS
works. I entered some work orders on PRMS yesterday but upon checking
my outstanding orders today there are none? Do I have to do anything in
Cases21 as in refresh or something?
