Have you tried putting their basic info on the system yourself as a
basic resume.  I had to do this not long ago and it worked ok although
my person was already employed by DEET. Worth a try?

Could somebody please help me with the following.

 

How do you attach a non-advertised job requisition to an applicant who
could not apply on-line and is not a DEET employee.

Because they applied on paper they do not appear as applicants to attach
or hire.
