[Busmanagers] Overpayments

Hi Brigid,

 

Staff can choose to repay overpayments in instalments by personal
cheque. Instalments must be made regularly (weekly, fortnightly or
monthly). Normally, repayments are for the same amount, agreed by
negotiation, which needs to be in writing.

Hi Everyone,

 

Does anyone know if a staff member with an overpayment can make
instalment payments via cheque rather than salary deduction; I know they
can opt to pay it back in full via cheque but not instalments?
