[Busmanagers] gst on pauls collect a cap

Hi Roz,

 

A ruling put out by the ATO dated Feb 2004 states that transactions
relating to Pauls Collect A Cap are now GST free.

 

"If the organisation is a charity, gift-deductible or government school
the sale will be GST-free because it is the sale of donated second-hand
goods. These organisations are not required to remit GST to the Tax
Office."
