GST implications not an issue as it not subject to GST. I put a charge
against each family. If they pay over the odds then I just add a further
charge. More of an issue is the fact that receipt doesn't itemise! I
have had a stamp made and I put that onto the receipt with the amount
for Building Fund handwritten in. Let me know if you want to see the
format and I will fax to you.

Hello everyone,

We have a Building Trust Fund to which parents can donate any amount,
each year, as part of their parent contributions. As it is coming near
the time to set up for next year once again I was wondering how other
schools put this process in place in CASES 21F.

As the Building Trust Fund is a Sundry Debtor and the families pay into
Families we know we can't split the payment. If we raise invoices for a
set amount against each family to overcome the problem of split payments
the GST implications are too great.

Any suggestions?
