[Busmanagers] Do we have a choice in Telephone providers?

Apparently a number of schools haven't changed and their quite happy.  We 
understood that we had no choice.  We weren't happy about changing and we 
were certainly nagged until we did.  I have heard on the grapevine that 
Telstra is offering a much better deal than Optus.
