[Busmanagers] SUPERANNUATION

[Pembroke Secondary College - Senior Campus]

Good Morning All,

 

I have an employee who has just turned 65 and can no longer pay into
GSO.  She wants to roll her money over into Vicsuper but has been told
that we have to send in a cessation advice.

She is not finishing work.  Can anyone tell me if there is a special
form and if so where do I find it.
