We bought a new colour photocopier (Bizhub C350) at the end of last year
from Konica Minolta.  Excellent copier and excellent service.  We don't
charge students as we are a primary school.  However there are access
codes available which we use for staff - I guess you could give students
an access code or card.  We base our charges on the cost charged to us
by the company.  I think it is 1.4 cents for black and 13.5 cents for
colour - you can up the charge slightly if you wish in order to cover
costs of paper etc.
