When we applied for the Commonwealth internet banking, on the form the
Principal can give access to some one.   It is read only access. I think
from memory it was on Page 3 of a 4 page application form.  (but that
was 4 years ago.) You have your own username and password.  If you are
having trouble I can ask our branch what the form is actually called.

We bank with the Commonwealth Bank and I want to be able to check bank
balances and print statements from the net but the local branch says I
cannot do this as I am not a signatory to the account.  I'm sure this is
not correct but what do I have to do?
