Hi Jan,

We are also with the Commonwealth bank, and the Principal has to apply
for internet banking access (non transaction) and then let you know the
user name and password. Our principal was happy to do this - hopefully
yours will be too.

We bank with the Commonwealth Bank and I want to be able to check bank
balances and print statements from the net but the local branch says I
cannot do this as I am not a signatory to the account.  I'm sure this is
not correct but what do I have to do?
