[Busmanagers] Internet banking

[Coutts, Jan J]

We bank with the Commonwealth Bank and I want to be able to check bank
balances and print statements from the net but the local branch says I
cannot do this as I am not a signatory to the account.  I'm sure this is
not correct but what do I have to do?
