[Busmanagers] Salary Sacrifice for locall paid employees

Hi all

 

Can someone please tell me, if staff who are paid on local payroll,
(cases), can they access salary sacrifice, and if so, how do you do it
????

 

I have 2 local employees, out of school hours co-ordinator and
assistant, who get paid each fortnight by local payroll - are they
eligible for salary sacrifice ???
