[Busmanagers] Student charges write-off in CASES21 finance

Hi Sally

 

We do a reverse charge which shows as a credit note on the charge by
charge type report but you can choose to take the charge off without
showing on the statement.

Hi there,

 

Just a query regarding how CASES21 finance schools are coping with
students who have exited the school and have not paid their charges in
full.

 

In old Cases we had the 'selective charge write off' which worked very
effectively.

 

Does anyone know if there is a similar process in CASES21 finance?
