[Busmanagers] VCAA ASSESSMENT ON LINE

According to my IT Manager Balwyn High School doesn't need to put it on
- it is something to do with VCE subjects - so I don't think primary
schools would have to bother.

In the latest upgrade included is the VCAA Assessment Online upgrade -
do we all need to put this on?  I don't know anything about it.
