Here is the information I collected when I asked this question a while
ago.  Hope it helps ...

We have had all our staff badges made by All-Type Signs & Badges in
Bayswater,  Phone:  9762 4100.  They are very attractive badges with
magnetic fasteners, which our staff appreciate.  They were very
reasonably priced, too.

We got badges for all staff from Lukus Productions - they were quick,

Trophy Town Supermarket, Kilsyth do a good job and will post.

Hi, We use AKT Trophies in Maroondah Highway, Croydon the cost was $6.00
each and we're very pleased with them 

The best place for badges is AUSBADGE - Peter Dusting is the guys name.
I have done a load of research into badges, and by far this company is
the best.

They do all our visitor badges (lanyards), emergency teacher badges,
magnetic teacher badges, pin badges for house captians etc.

All badges are coloured as requested and can have the school logo on the
badges.

He does the badges fast and of superior quality.
