[Busmanagers] leave loading

Hi Jenny,

 

Check with Greg Falcke at region (email him) he knows all. It is
irrelevant whether staff are being paid above the award - if they are
entitled, they get it regardless. It is a school decision on over award
payments and just has to be worn by the school.

Hi Everyone

Can anyone help me - do I have to pay leave loading for non SSO staff.
One is being paid as a Maintenance worker in line with the new agreement
and the other is way above the award.

I'd appreciate some feedback.
