I also had this problem.  You have to actually scroll down to get the
Super row.

Hi Rosemary,

 

They have added another row in the checklist so there are 5 rows and one
of them is a super - 400.  The date I put in was 11.7.05 and finally it
was accepted, so hope this helps you.

Hi All,

 

Welcome back.

I am trying to rehire and employee who retired, on a fixed term contract
for this term.

It keeps telling me that the checklist is missing items.

When hiring a new person the checklist now has an extra panel with the
super choice form question, the old checklist does not have this and
therefore it will not let me save.

Can anyone tell me what to do?
