Was getting stressed about how to figure out the voluntary contributions
part as they do not show in the charge by charge type report, I am so
going to do it different next year.

You make your Balance Day adjustments for the total charges you have put
on that apply to 2006.  What has been receipted is irrelevant.

receipted so far?  It is difficult to calculate with these reports, not
every one has paid the compulsory part and yet others have totally paid
