[Busmanagers] Balance Day Adjustments

Hi Everyone,

 

Can someone please tell me, do I make my Balance Day Adjustment for my
subject contributions for the whole amount per student or what has been
receipted so far?  It is difficult to calculate with these reports, not
every one has paid the compulsory part and yet others have totally paid
compulsory and optional components.  If I make it for the whole amount
will this mess up my balances next year?  We live and learn, next year
we will not allocate them just receipt them, sigh!
