[Busmanagers] Changing data in Key Fields

Hi

 

I had this happen once with the old Cases.  The people at the help desk
had to go behind the scenes and fix everything.  It was just a fluke
incidence that two people were working doing very different things for
the same student.

Hi Ross

It only applies if by chance the same student that admin changes are
being made on is in an open finance batch ie just paid for something.

Is it right that a student record or any other field that is a connected
to a key record, e.g. student number etc.

cannot be amended whilst a batch is open?

 

The obvious implication is that admin staff cannot do a lot of things
whilst finance have batches open.
