Hi Raelene,

Just re-employ her from the termination date at 0.8 and then do a change
of hours from 30th Jan to 0.4 and then put the termination in.

Hi everyone 

Just a quick question - which I am sure someone can answer easily. 

A teacher's 0.8 contract terminates at the end of the year and she has
been rehired at 0.4.  However, she is entitled to holidays at 0.8
obviously.

Do I do a change of hours at the rehire date back to 0.8 and then change
them to 0.4 at 30th January so she receives her correct holiday pay??
