Thank you all for the advice. I have cancelled the batch and redone it
with yesterday's date and all is well.

Cheers,

Rose

Hi

My understanding is that you can do more than one pay per automatic pay
date. The only thing is when you do the Salary fortnight certification
report it prints all the people paid again, not just the last 2.

I have done this before and apart from that I haven't had any problems.
You must use either the immediate past auto pay date or the next future
one.

Help Anyone out there,

I did my usual fortnightly payroll yesterday with no problems. However
I have shortpaid 2 people and thought I'd simply do another payroll
today.

I thought there was something about using the same date so as not to
upset the automatic payroll date. So I used yesterday's date in the
batch and it won't process the batch.

Do I just use today's date and then manually alter future paydates??

Help please,
