[Busmanagers] HRMS - recruitment on-line

Dear overworked colleagues

 

Can someone - anyone, please give me a definitive answer regarding
accepting job applications from applicants NOT using Recruitment On
Line.  Can we accept "over the counter" applications - or MUST we only
accept applicants who have done the right thing and applied on line.  

 

Where is it written also!

 

I have tried to ring the help desk and no wants to answer me.
