[Busmanagers] Receipt Printer

We have three printers and all three printers did the same thing but we
have not done the up grade yet.  We also re-installed all three.

We had the same problem and had to reinstall our printer a couple of
times before we got it right.  Upper case and lower case letters make a
difference in all entries - it's a pain.

Hi there,

 

Sorry to re ask the question - what do you do if the receipt printer now
prints in the incorrect direction (ie I have a 1 metre receipt currently
printing!)

 

We have just had the upgrade

 

Sorry to ask - I am aware someone else had the same problem but deleted
