You might like to try entering 1 in the delivery field and 0 in the
cancelled field... hope this works.

 I have tried to cancel an outstanding order using the p/o
cancel/delivery menu... I put o in delivery and 1 in cancel...and get a
error reading....do we have a problem with software ....or  what am I
doing wrong...Any ideas please.
