Ema works really well with C21F so I wouldn't worry about waiting until
you roll over.  If you get the hang of it before you roll over its one
less thing you have to worry about.

I'll have a look.  Sounds like it is worth the effort - but I wonder if
Cases21F works the same way.  I go on in July next year - do you think
it might be expedient to wait or will everything just roll over (oh we
wish).

You use Program 677 Create Email Receipts, this will create prepayments
for all the students and then you allocate it against their charges.  It
works really well and means you don't need spreadsheets etc.  No need to
turn it on, just wait until you receive your EFT notification from D.E.&
T and then use that program to read them across, it will create a batch
and it's all done.  Good Luck

I am considering "turning on" EMA in 2006.  I hear good things about it
- I believe it will allocate a credit against students receiving EMA.  

How do I turn it on - silly question I know - but then what are
colleagues for?
