You use Program 677 Create Email Receipts, this will create prepayments
for all the students and then you allocate it against their charges.  It
works really well and means you don't need spreadsheets etc.  No need to
turn it on, just wait until you receive your EFT notification from D.E.&
T and then use that program to read them across, it will create a batch
and it's all done.  Good Luck

- I believe it will allocate a credit against students receiving EMA.  

How do I turn it on - silly question I know - but then what are
colleagues for?
