What a pain as I have got 5 waiting at the moment with about another 10
to come and I was hoping to get some of them out of the way.

Since the last upgrade - HRMS now has a 'block' that will permit the
checklist to save but when rehiring will not allow a future date more
than one month in advance.
To explain - When you go to save the rehire line a pop up screen says to
check the checklist even though the checklist is OK.
(and it's also the same pop up window that comes up if you forget to
enter the super line in the checklist too !)
Put a note in your outlook calendar to remind you to complete the rehire
less than one month prior.

I found by putting on the date you wish to employ them from it will
allow you to save the checklist.
Rang HRMS to inform them yesterday as they kept telling me to wait until

Don't know whether I missed it but has anybody found out the acceptable
check list time frame for putting on new hires or re-hires. I have just
tried to put a re-hire on for the start of next term and it won't let
me.
