[Busmanagers] CASES21 Finance - EMA Receipts

Hi all
 
I am in the middle of allocating the direct portion of the EMA.   I am
having a problem with one family.
 
The list of Unprocessed EMA Receipts (DF21310) shows the family surname
and ID, but no student names.  I am in the EMA Receipts batch and
instead of the family ID it says "NO FAMILY".  I click on the drop down
menu and the family surname is no there to select.
 
Is anyone able to help.
