[Busmanagers] CASES21 Finance - Ex Students Showing

Hello everyone
 
When doing family receipts, we have noticed that there are past students
still listed in the drop-down list.  It is very easy to pick up the
wrong student, when siblings are still attending here.
 
This seems to be a problem to me - is there anyway we can "de-activate"
these students so that they don't show.  I realise we need past student
records to be kept in Admin, but we certainly don't need them in
finance.
 
Any ideas?
