I also would love a PD covering all these areas.  Sometimes the Big
Bucket Theory makes perfect sense, then someone throws in a curly
question I am completely confused again.  I think principals need to
attend as well - I don't always explain things as effectively second
hand.

Hi Chris,

 

Thank you for the information!  I would really love a PD on how to set
up "The Big Bucket Theory", how you organise your receipts and payments,
how you enter your charges and items like how do I carry over funds from
one year to the next plus a PD on presenting these reports in layman's
terms.  As we collect fees for 2006 in December 2005 how do I factor
this in using Cases21F and have the funds available next year to
allocate, it takes time to forward plan, so I assume if possible
sometime towards the end of October would be an excellent time.
