[Busmanagers] CASES21 Finance - Sundry Debtors

Hi all
 
A quick question with regard to sundry debtors.
 
We use sundry debtors for regular hirers of our school hall.  What are
your thoughts regarding casual hirers - ie trivia night, 21st party etc.
Should I still put them on as a sundry debtor or is it OK to do a
general ledger receipt?
